As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties. You will work closely with our clients to ensure that their needs are met and specifications are followed. You will also be responsible for troubleshooting and repairing any issues with HVAC systems and ensuring that all installations meet industry standards.
Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties
- Ensure that installations comply with local building codes and safety regulations
- Troubleshoot and repair any issues with HVAC systems
- Ensure that all installations meet industry standards
- Work closely with clients to ensure their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Keep up-to-date with the latest HVAC technology and trends
- Participate in training and development opportunities to improve your skills and knowledge
- Work effectively as part of a team to deliver high-quality services to our clients
Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Ability to handle physical workload, including heavy lifting and working in confined spaces
- Must be willing to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings as needed
