Job Responsibilities
As a Human Resources & Payroll Coordinator at Apple Rehab Avon, you will play a crucial role in supporting the human resources and payroll functions of our facility. Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing the full-cycle recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, interviewing, and making job offers
- Coordinating new hire orientation and onboarding processes
- Maintaining employee records, including personnel files, benefits information, and performance evaluations
- Processing payroll accurately and on time, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations
- Administering employee benefits programs and enrollments, and answering employee inquiries
- Assisting with employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Ensuring compliance with applicable federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations
- Providing support for HR projects and initiatives
Qualifications
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A bachelor's degree in Human Resources or a related field
- Prior experience in HR administration or payroll coordination
- Familiarity with HRIS systems and payroll software
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- The ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite
