Mold Setter (2nd Shift) – Join a Leading Manufacturing Team in Chattanooga!

Our client in the manufacturing industry is seeking a Mold Setter to join their team. As a Mold Setter, you will be part of the production team supporting the manufacturing process. The ideal candidate will have mechanical skills, experience with industrial machines, and the ability to communicate effectively. Job Title: Mold Setter - 2nd Shift Location: Chattanooga, TN Pay Range: $16.50 per hour What's the Job? Set up and operate injection molding machines to meet quality standards and production goals Connect electrical, hydraulic, and cooling systems to the mold and adjust molding parameters to produce acceptable parts Ensure housekeeping standards are met and maintain a safe work environment Change tools and molds in an effective and safe manner Maintain all tool change equipment and tools and report any damaged equipment to the Production Supervisor/Technical Manager What's Needed? Ability to communicate effectively Mechanical skills and experience with industrial machines Ability to work 2:00PM - 10:30PM, Monday through Friday Ability to maintain a clean and safe work environment What's in it for me?
