Resident Assistant (RA)
LindenGrove New Berlin is looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Resident Assistants (RAs). As an RA, you will play a critical role in providing personalized care and support to our senior residents.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
- Monitor and record changes in residents' health and behavior
- Administer medications, following proper procedures and protocols
- Assist with meal planning, preparation, and serving
- Encourage and engage residents in social and recreational activities
- Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
- Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents
Qualifications:
- Certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or currently enrolled in a CBRF training program
- Knowledge of standard precautions, first aid, fire safety, and medication administration
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Compassionate, patient, and understanding
- Ability to work well as part of a team
