Resident Assistant (RA)

LindenGrove New Berlin is looking for dedicated and compassionate individuals to join our team as Resident Assistants (RAs). As an RA, you will play a critical role in providing personalized care and support to our senior residents.

Responsibilities:

• Assist residents with activities of daily living, including personal hygiene, grooming, and dressing
• Monitor and record changes in residents' health and behavior
• Administer medications, following proper procedures and protocols
• Assist with meal planning, preparation, and serving
• Encourage and engage residents in social and recreational activities
• Provide emotional support and companionship to residents
• Ensure a safe and clean environment for residents

Qualifications:

• Certified as a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) or currently enrolled in a CBRF training program
• Knowledge of standard precautions, first aid, fire safety, and medication administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Compassionate, patient, and understanding
• Ability to work well as part of a team
