Job Overview:
We are looking for an experienced HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As a Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems. You will work closely with customers to ensure their HVAC systems are working effectively and efficiently. We are looking for someone with a strong work ethic and commitment to providing the highest quality of service.
Responsibilities:
• Troubleshoot and repair HVAC systems, including but not limited to: air conditioning, heating, refrigeration, and ventilation.
• Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems.
• Communicate with customers to schedule appointments and provide updates on service progress.
• Use various tools and equipment to diagnose HVAC system issues.
• Collaborate with team members to improve service processes and procedures.
• Maintain accurate records of service calls, expenses, and inventory.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Requirements:
• EPA certification required.
• 3+ years of experience in HVAC service.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
