Job Description
Kempsville Health & Rehab Center is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Services Designee to join our team in Virginia, VA. As a Social Services Designee, you will be responsible for providing social work support and assistance to individuals in a health care setting.
Responsibilities
The key responsibilities of the Social Services Designee include:
- Having a minimum of one (1) year supervised social work experience in a health care setting, working directly with individuals
- Long-term care experience is required
