Market price: $7,300 USDEst.
Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 11 months

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced HVAC Installer who will work directly with our customers to provide top-notch installation services for their heating and cooling systems. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems while ensuring customer satisfaction. You will work closely with the team to ensure timely and efficient delivery of services and also maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the worksite.
Key Responsibilities:
• Work with customers to install, repair and maintain HVAC systems
• Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring proper communication and addressing customer concerns
• Collaborate with team members to ensure timely delivery of services
• Complete all assigned tasks while adhering to safety protocols
• Maintain a clean and orderly worksite
• Operate and maintain equipment and tools
• Attend training sessions to stay updated with product knowledge and industry trends
• Other duties as assigned by the Manager
Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent (HVAC certification preferred)
• Minimum of 2 years of HVAC installation experience
• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers
• Good time management skills
• Must have a valid driver's license
• Ability to work in a collaborative team environment
• Good physical condition with the ability to lift heavy objects.
