Job Title: Underground Utility Construction Foreman Job Description An Underground Utility Construction Foreman plays a crucial role in managing and overseeing the installation and maintenance of underground utilities such as water, sewer, gas, and electrical lines. Key responsibilities include project management, crew supervision, safety compliance, quality control, coordination, problem solving, and equipment management. Hard Skills Minimum of 5 years of experience in underground utility construction, including both dry and wet utilities Proficiency in using construction equipment Understanding of trenching, grading, and shoring techniques Expert knowledge of underground utilities construction Soft Skills Strong leadership and communication skills Ability to quickly identify and resolve issues In-depth knowledge of safety regulations and best practices Effective coordination with general contractor, superintendent, and subcontractor Job Type This is a Contract-to-Hire position with a duration of 6 Month(s). Work Site This is a fully on-site position in Thousand Oaks, California.
