Job Description:
As a HVAC Installer with BGE Home, you'll be a part of a team that ensures our clients stay comfortable in their homes. You'll be responsible for installing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in residential properties. As an installer, you'll be on the front lines of our customer service, ensuring that we maintain our high standards of quality.

Responsibilities:
• Install and maintain HVAC systems in residential properties.
• Conduct efficient and thorough installations on a consistent basis.
• Consistently meet deadlines and prioritize tasks.
• Maintain communication with customers throughout the installation process to ensure satisfaction.
• Demonstrate professionalism and excellent communication skills when interacting with customers and other team members.
• Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities when faced with challenging installation scenarios.

Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 2-3 years of experience installing HVAC systems in residential properties.
• Knowledge of local and state HVAC codes and regulations.
• Ability to work in confined spaces and to work safely at heights.
• Availability to work weekends, evenings, and overtime, as needed.
• Ability to work independently and as a member of a team.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service and promptly respond to any concerns.
