This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.
The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:

Title: HVAC Installer
Liberty Heating and Air LLC is a well-known company in Bigfork, Minnesota. Known for providing high-quality HVAC services to residential and commercial properties alike, we are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to fill the role of HVAC Installer.
As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will work with a qualified team to ensure that all HVAC systems are installed on time and on budget while providing exceptional customer service.
Responsibilities:
• Install all types of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems, including but not limited to standard, complex, and custom systems.
• Test all installed systems for quality control and optimal performance.
• Maintain and repair HVAC systems as needed.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems.
• Work with the team to ensure work is completed on time and to budget.
• Provide exceptional customer service to all clients.
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of HVAC Contractor School or HVAC Trade School or an equivalent combination of education, certification, and experience.
• Valid HVAC Contractor's license preferred.
• Three or more years of relevant HVAC installation experience.
• Knowledge of local HVAC codes and standards.
• Strong communication skills and an ability to work well in a team environment.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies.
• A valid driver's license and reliable mode of transportation.
