Job Description: HVAC Installer
L K Heating & Cooling is seeking a skilled and experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. At L K Heating & Cooling, we are committed to providing expert, safe and efficient heating and cooling solutions to our clients. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in North Olmsted, Ohio while delivering excellent customer service.
As an HVAC Installer, you will be tasked with installing various heating and cooling systems, ranging from conventional air conditioning systems to geothermal units. In this role, you will be responsible for communicating with clients regarding installation timelines, ensuring customer satisfaction is met and exceeded at all times. You will be expected to use your knowledge and experience to troubleshoot and diagnose issues to develop effective solutions that will meet client's unique needs.
In addition to the technical aspects of this role, we are looking for someone who has excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and shows a commitment to punctuality and attending work on a consistent basis. Requirements:
- At least 2-5 years of experience in a similar role
- High School Diploma or equivalent qualification
- Knowledge of HVAC installation procedures
- Experience troubleshooting and diagnosing HVAC systems
- Excellent communication skills
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and work in tight spaces
- A willingness to work flexible hours
