Hammond-Whiting Care Center, a leading healthcare facility, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Hospitality Aide. In this role, you will provide support and assistance to our residents, ensuring a comfortable and enjoyable environment.

Responsibilities:

• Assist with dining services, including meal preparation, serving, and clean-up.

• Provide personal care and grooming assistance to residents.

• Support residents with mobility and transfers.

• Engage in recreational activities and socialization with residents.

• Maintain a clean and organized environment, including resident rooms and common areas.

• Follow all safety and infection control policies and procedures.

• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the highest quality of care for residents.

Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous experience in a healthcare or hospitality setting is preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to prioritize tasks and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

• Compassionate and patient demeanor.

• Willingness to learn and adapt to changing needs.

• Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
