HVAC Service Technician

Job Summary:
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for troubleshooting, diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems for our clients. You'll also be responsible for ensuring satisfying and positive customer experience during their interactions with us. With a great attitude and excellent customer service skills, you'll be ready to face new challenges and work in ambiguity environments.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct system inspections to diagnose problems and identify the root cause of trouble
- Perform maintenance and repairs of a portfolio of different HVAC systems such as heat pumps, ventilation, air handlers, and thermostats
- Diagnose and repair electronic, mechanical and electrical issues with HVAC systems
- Document all repair and maintenance work performed on systems and update company records accordingly
- Educate customers on proper use of HVAC systems and recommend upgrades or replacements as needed
- Stay up to date with cutting-edge technologies and industry trends through continuous learning and development initiatives
- Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective project delivery

Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or equivalent qualification is required
- A valid driver's license
- Ability to lift heavy equipment and stand for long periods
- Experience in diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Willingness to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays if needed
- EPA certification is preferred, but not required
