Responsibilities:
As a Registered Nurse (RN) at Aperion Care Burbank, your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting comprehensive nursing assessments of residents
- Creating and implementing personalized care plans
- Administering medications and treatments
- Monitoring and recording vital signs
- Collaborating with the interdisciplinary team to ensure coordinated care
- Documenting resident progress and updating medical records
- Providing education and support to residents and their families
Qualifications:
To be successful in this role, you should have the following qualifications:
- Graduate of an accredited nursing program
- Valid RN license in the state of Illinois
- Current CPR certification
- Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Experience working in a long-term care or skilled nursing facility (preferred)
