Todd's Lake Country Services, a leading provider of HVAC services in Gilbert, AZ and the East Valley for residential and commercial customers, is looking for an experienced and skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. We are expanding our operation and our passion for providing quality service to our customers is as strong as ever. If you are a highly motivated, detail-oriented professional who is passionate about providing excellent service, we would like to hear from you.
As a member of our team, you will be responsible for providing service and maintenance to HVAC systems in residential and commercial environments. You will be expected to work independently as well as part of a team to diagnose and repair HVAC systems in a timely and efficient manner. You will be responsible for analyzing, troubleshooting, and rectifying issues in HVAC systems, including but not limited to, air conditioning, heating, ventilation, and refrigeration.
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in HVAC service and maintenance
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Strong technical and troubleshooting skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Valid driver's license
- EPA certification is preferred.
- NATE certification is also preferred.
Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair residential and commercial HVAC systems
- Maintain and service HVAC systems to ensure they operate at optimal levels
- Install new HVAC systems as required
- Conduct preventive maintenance on HVAC systems
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical components of HVAC systems
- Provide recommendations for improving system performance and efficiency
- Ensure all work is completed to industry standards and company policies
- Communicate effectively with customers, colleagues, and management
- Maintain accurate records of work completed, time spent, and materials used
- Participate in on-call service roster
