About the Position
As the Director of Nursing, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of nursing care at Winfield Rest Haven II. You will lead a team of nurses, ensuring high-quality care and promoting a comfortable and nurturing environment for our residents.
Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing leadership and guidance to the nursing staff
- Developing and implementing nursing policies and procedures
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Qualifications
