HVAC Service Technician

Job Description:
As a HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing maintenance, repairs, and installations of heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems. You will be working with a team of experienced technicians to provide exceptional customer service and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
• Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC systems
• Perform regular maintenance and inspections of HVAC systems
• Install, repair, or replace various HVAC systems and components as needed
• Run diagnostic tests on HVAC systems to determine performance and efficiency
• Effectively communicate with customers to explain assessment, findings and recommended repairs
• Collaborate with team members to complete work orders
• Maintain a clean, organized and safe work environment

Qualifications:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in HVAC service and maintenance
• EPA Universal Certification required
• Strong customer service skills and ability to communicate technical information effectively
• Ability to work independently or as a member of a team
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
