Job Description: HVAC Installer
Raymond Plumbing and Heating Inc is looking for an experienced HVAC Installer to join our team in Lorain County, Ohio. With over 60 years of experience providing plumbing, HVAC, and heating & air conditioning services, we are committed to providing high-quality services to our clients.
As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems and equipment, including air conditioning units, furnaces, and heat pumps. We are looking for a candidate who is highly skilled in HVAC installation techniques, has experience with electrical wiring, and is able to read and interpret blueprints and schematics.
Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems
- Conduct equipment inspections and diagnose malfunctions
- Test HVAC systems and make adjustments as necessary
- Perform electrical wiring and troubleshoot electrical issues
- Properly handle and dispose of refrigerants
- Follow safety procedures and ensure work environment is safe and clean
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC installation
- Proficient in electrical wiring and able to read blueprints and schematics
- Knowledge of safety procedures and guidelines
- Certification in EPA 608 and NATE preferred
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
