Job Description
Sardis Oaks is seeking a highly skilled and compassionate CNA Nurse Aide I to join our Skilled Nursing team. As a CNA Nurse Aide I, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional care to our residents.
Responsibilities:
- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Monitor and record vital signs
- Administer medication under the supervision of a nurse
- Provide companionship and emotional support to residents
- Assist with transferring and positioning residents
- Assist with dining and ensure dietary needs are met
- Document care provided and report any changes in resident condition to the nurse
Requirements:
- Valid CNA certification
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team environment
- Physical stamina and ability to lift and move residents
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
