Estimating Supervisor (75-100K)CPS Recruitment has an exciting opportunity available for an Estimating Supervisor to work for a building products firm East of Syracuse, NY.Work Schedule: M-Th 7:00AM - 5:30PMDuties include:Supervise a team of Estimators. Perform hands on Estimation work.Review blueprints, plans, and specifications.Prepare detailed estimates.Provide all subcontractors with relevant drawings and specifications during the bid process.Estimate time, labor, material, and product costs to determine overall cost for project.Prepare written proposals, cost estimates, budgets and updates for clients.Qualifications:AAS or BS degree (preferable in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related).5+ years of experience in plan and spec estimating.Ability to manage multiple projects.Proficient in MS Office with a focus on Word, Excel, and Outlook.Knowledge of mechanical contracting and mechanical systems is desired.For immediate consideration, submit your resume to [email protected]#tech123 Minimum Salary: 75,000 Maximum Salary: 100,000 Salary Unit: Yearly
