Job Title: Rehab Nursing Tech I

Waynesburg Healthcare And Rehabilitation Center is currently seeking a dedicated Rehab Nursing Tech I to join our team. As a Rehab Nursing Tech I, you will play a crucial role in assisting our nursing staff in providing exceptional care and support to our residents. Responsibilities:

- Assisting with patient care activities under the supervision of licensed nursing staff

- Providing basic nursing care, such as hygiene, dressing, feeding, and positioning

- Monitoring vital signs and reporting any significant changes to the nursing team

- Assisting with transferring and transporting patients

- Assisting with rehabilitation exercises and therapies

- Maintaining a clean and organized environment for patients

- Documenting patient data and observations accurately

- Ensuring compliance with all healthcare regulations and protocols

Qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent

- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification required

- Previous experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting preferred

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team

- Basic knowledge of medical terminology and procedures

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
