This is a placement contract between you and the employer. If the employer hires a candidate you submit, you'll be paid the contract amount.
The payments begin when the candidate starts and are disbursed over time. The contract terms are:
Market price: $1,300 USDEst.
Payment schedule: Paid monthly over 7 months

This will be a shared position between 2 of our facilities, Broomall Manor and Bryn Mawr

Qualifications/Responsibilities:
- Must possess High school graduate or equivalent
- Minimum of two (2) years' experience in a nursing home business office or nursing home billing office.
- Has to have experience with completing Medicaid applications in a skilled nursing home
- Review Saber Medicaid Pending Report ran from Management Console to determine facilities of focus
- Identify facilities of focus per Medicaid Pending Aging outstanding dollar with Supervisor
- Schedule Medicaid Pending Focus calls as needed
- Complete County Spreadsheet for all focus facilities in order to forward to county supervisor for review if necessary
- Assures accurate data entry of client information, record and tie out census daily
- Responsible for all patient pay collections and hospice billing monthly
- Analyze and reconcile various accounts including statements to ensure accuracy and collect-ability
- Support the facility with resident trust activity for banking purposes and monitor resident funds for appropriateness
- Identify and process accounts that are deemed non-collectible and forward to Corporate for collections
- Process and verify time cards/sheets, schedules, etc., on a daily basis
- Ensure that the nurse aide certificate is verified and submitted to the Nurse Aide Registry on a timely basis
- Must possess a thorough knowledge of the laws, regulations, and guidelines concerning payroll/personnel administration in nursing care facilities, FLSA, FMLA, ADA, OSHA, Workers compensation
