Job Summary

We are offering a $1,500 sign-on bonus for CNAs! Minimum pay is $17.06 per hour. You’ll earn more with prior relevant experience. As a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) at the Long Prairie Hospital, you’ll find your purpose bringing comfort and healing to patients.


We have a full-time opening working 72 hours every two weeks. Working rotating 12-hour day and night shifts as well as every third weekend and rotating holidays. You’ll work with amazing healthcare professionals every day and join them to listen, then serve, guide, and heal.


This work is critical to helping patients maintain dignity while they heal. Whether this role is a long-term career choice or a path to other jobs in healthcare, you will find fulfillment in the lives you touch. You’ll learn to prioritize and develop an incredible depth of knowledge to help you grow.


Responsibilities

  • Assist with ADLs (activities of daily living), which include bathing, brushing teeth, toileting, feeding, and more
  • Critical monitoring, like measuring blood pressure, temperature, pulse, and respiration – so we can better assess their health
  • Promote comfort, and express compassion and empathy

Qualifications

  • No experience required
  • High School graduate or GED
  • Certified as a Nursing Assistant on the MN State Nursing Assistant Registry required
  • If you’re not certified, apply anyway, and we’ll help you get certified

Sign-on bonus requirements: Must accept a position that offers benefits and may not have worked for CentraCare in the last nine months. Pay promotions may be discontinued at any time.
