Automotive Finance Manager

Job Duties & Responsibilities:

Oversee the training and execution of the finance process.

Sale of all back-end products.

Procure financing for our customers.

Maintain a high level of professionalism with customers and employees.

Keep all CIT’s under 10 days.

Finance & Warranty source relations.

Cultivate and create relationships with lending sources.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with our extended warranty company.

Develop alternative sources for back-end products.

Cultivate and maintain relationships with our GAP insurance provider.

Assist Sales Manager in the training of Salespeople

Backup Sales Manager, desking deals and managing the store on his day off and vacations.

Assist Sales Manager in the recruiting and interviewing of salespeople.

Required Skills & Abilities:

Fully proficient with title laws and registration process

Valid drivers license

Required Education & Experience:

High school or GED equivalent

2 years of Automotive Finance

Position Requirements:

Valid driver's license

Clean driving record

Ability to pass a drug test and a background check

Schedule:

5 Day work week

Monday - Saturday; 1 weekday off either Tuesday, Wednesday, or Thursday

Compensation:

$125,000- $200,000 annually
