This job was posted by https://okjobmatch.com : For more information, please see: https://okjobmatch.com/jobs/3178502 TITLE: MAINTENANCE HELPER IMMEDIATE SUPERVISOR: MAINTENANCE DIRECTOR CONTROLLING SUPERVISOR: CHAIR QUALIFICATIONS: Applicant must have general knowledge of lawn care, plumbing, and carpentry. Must have a valid Oklahoma Driver License and be able to pass a drug test. Applicant must be able to do heavy lifting. RESPONSIBILITIES: The employee will assist the maintenance worker and supervisor as assigned by the supervisor. The duties will be assigned according to need and to the skill level of the helper. Required to drive a vehicle. Provide carpentry assistance. Provide plumbing assistance. Required to help with lawn care including mowing, planting, and trimming. Will perform minor repairs as directed. Perform any other responsibilities related to maintenance as assigned by the immediate/controlling supervisor. All new hires will be required by the Kaw Nation to submit to an pre employment drug screen. Failure to pass the drug screen will lead to withdrawal of the job offer or termination of employment.
