Utah Valley University is seeking a student to assist the Theatrical Arts Stage and Screen department. This position is located primarily at the Student Theatre in the Noorda Center for the Performing Arts. It is a temporary position.

Summary of Responsibilities

• Editor duties: review daily segments of footage, Add visual and audio effects, make rough cut, trim segments of footage. Work with director to create from segments a comprehensive whole film telling a clear and meaningful story.

Minimum Qualifications

• Must be a current UVU Student
• Film skills required including collaborating closely with the director and cinematographers, safely organizing and storing all footage collected in shoot.
• You will need to provide your own equipment or acquire it through UVU, be reliable, meet deadlines, and communicate and problem solve.
