HVAC Service Technician

Job Description:
As an HVAC Service Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers receive the highest quality service. You will be responsible for performing maintenance, diagnostic, and repair services on all types of heating and cooling systems. Your role requires a strong focus on customer satisfaction, technical expertise, and communication skills.

Responsibilities:
-Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems
-Diagnose and repair malfunctions with HVAC components
-Install new HVAC systems and components
-Operate hand and power tools safely and effectively
-Test HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning
-Document all work performed and keep customer records up to date
-Communicate with customers to explain necessary repairs and alternatives

Requirements:
-Must have at least 2 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician
-Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
-Knowledge of HVAC systems and components
-High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
-Excellent communication and customer service skills
-Ability to work independently and in a team environment
-Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and extended hours when needed
