Job Description

We are currently seeking Registered Nurses to join our dynamic healthcare team at Heron'S Key. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and supporting their overall well-being.

Responsibilities:

• Administer medications and treatments to residents as prescribed
• Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate resident care plans
• Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
• Monitor and document resident vital signs and medical information
• Assist with resident admissions, discharges, and transfers
• Provide emotional support and guidance to residents and their families
• Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and protocols

Requirements:

• Current and valid Registered Nurse license in the state of Washington
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse in a healthcare setting
• Strong clinical skills and knowledge of nursing practices and procedures
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Compassionate and caring attitude towards residents and their families
