Job Description

As a Waiter/Server at Meadowood, you will play a vital role in delivering an exceptional dining experience to our guests. Your warm and friendly demeanor, paired with your attention to detail, will ensure that every guest receives top-notch service.

Responsibilities include:

• Greeting guests and assisting with seating arrangements
• Presenting menus and making recommendations on food and beverage choices
• Taking orders and accurately entering them into the POS system
• Serving food and beverages promptly and efficiently
• Checking in with guests to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns
• Processing guest payments and handling cash and credit transactions
• Working collaboratively with the kitchen and bar staff to ensure smooth service
• Cleaning and maintaining the dining area, including setting up and resetting tables

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a high-end restaurant or hotel
• Knowledge of food and beverage service techniques and etiquette
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
• Friendly and outgoing personality
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
