Summary
Under the direction of the Administrator, the Home Care - Program Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the services of the ABCM Healthy Living Home Care program to ensure clients are served in a caring, efficient, and timely manner. This role serves as a liaison between the community, referral sources, families, and the care center team, assisting in assessing service needs for companionship and home care. The Program Coordinator is also responsible for recruiting, hiring, training, orientating, and scheduling ABCM Healthy Living Home Care team members.
Qualifications / Requirements
- Associate degree with experience in business, sales/marketing, human resources, or other work-related field preferred; scheduling experience strongly desired
- Must have outstanding customer service and communication skills
- Successful completion of the ABCM Healthy Living Home Care training program
- Per the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS), COVID-19 vaccination is required, with exceptions for medical and religious accommodations when reasonable
Additional Information
- Shift: Day Shift
- Base Wage: $17.50/hr, Negotiable (DOE)
- Years of Experience Incentive Pay: $0.15/per year, up to ten (10) years
