HVAC Service Technician

Responsibilities:
- Diagnose and repair HVAC systems including air conditioners, furnaces, heat pumps, and boilers
- Perform preventative maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance
- Test HVAC systems for proper operation and efficiency
- Collaborate with team members to complete installations and repairs on time and up to code
- Educate customers on proper use of HVAC systems and maintenance best practices
- Provide exceptional customer service and maintain a positive, professional demeanor at all times

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- EPA Universal certification required
- 3+ years of experience as an HVAC technician preferred
- Experience with both commercial and residential HVAC systems preferred
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
