Responsibilities:
- Perform detailed diagnostics and troubleshooting to identify HVAC system issues accurately.
- Conduct thorough inspections and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal system operations.
- Skillfully repair and replace components, including compressors, motors, condensers, and electrical circuits.
- Install new air conditioning units, ductwork, and ventilation systems with precision and efficiency.
- Collaborate with customers to educate and provide recommendations on energy-efficient solutions.
- Keep accurate records of equipment performance, service reports, and inventory management.
- Adhere to safety protocols and industry standards for quality workmanship and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an HVAC Service Technician, demonstrating exceptional technical knowledge and skills.
- Strong understanding of HVAC systems, including familiarity with various brands and models.
- Proficient in diagnosing, repairing, and installing residential and commercial HVAC equipment.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for detail and efficient troubleshooting techniques.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with customers and explain complex technical concepts.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Relevant professional certifications (e.g., EPA Universal, NATE) are highly desirable.
- Physical stamina to work in various weather conditions and lift heavy equipment as needed.
