If you are a detail-oriented, punctual, and reliable individual who is passionate about working with heating, ventilation, and air conditioning units, we want you.
As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential and commercial properties throughout the Marion Ohio area. You will work closely with our experienced team of technicians to ensure that all jobs are completed to the highest standards of quality and safety.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Install new HVAC systems and equipment
- Analyze and troubleshoot HVAC systems for issues and make repairs as necessary
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and parts used
- Communicate effectively with clients on the status of their HVAC systems
- Keep work area clean, organized, and safe
- Follow all safety codes and regulations
- Participate in ongoing training and education to stay current on all HVAC equipment, installation, and repair best practices
Qualifications and Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- HVAC certification or relevant experience
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team
- Strong communication skills
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work in various weather conditions
- Flexibility to work weekends, evenings, and emergency on-call shifts as needed
