Menno Haven is seeking a Manager of Care Delivery to join our family! This role will play an integral part in the day-to-day care needs at our Rehabilitation Center. The Manager of Care Delivery will identify the health needs of the guests through interview and assessment, including the guest in the decision. This role will collaborate with assigned professionals, licensed nurses, and nursing assistants to ensure guests care needs and preferences are being followed in accordance with the guest’s wishes and their plan of care. Additional responsibilities of the Manager of Care Delivery will include, but are not limited to, directing and supervising licensed nurses and nursing assistants in delivering guest care, making rounds to assigned units, assisting in maintaining resident-centered care plans, and assisting with follow-ups and investigations of guests and/or staff incidents.
Qualifications:
- Must have an active, RN license in PA
- Current CPR certified, required
- Prior experience in a healthcare setting or senior living
- Prior supervisory experience
- Ability to promote and maintain a positive attitude
- Must be a self-starter, able to work on a team and alone
