We are currently seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team at Brothers Consolidated Heating & Air Conditioning. As an HVAC Installer, you will play an integral role in installing and maintaining HVAC systems for our clients in Franklin, Wisconsin, and the surrounding areas.
Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems, including ductwork, piping, electrical connections, and other components
- Test HVAC systems to ensure they are functioning properly
- Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues
- Document all work performed and maintain accurate records
- Follow all safety protocols and industry standards
- Communicate effectively with clients and team members
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of an HVAC apprenticeship or similar training program
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in HVAC installation
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Knowledge of industry safety standards and regulations
- Strong problem-solving and communication skills
