HVAC Installer

We are currently seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our team at Harbor Ventilation dba L and B Heating, a subsidiary of Harlen Johnson Heating and Air Conditioning Co. We are a leading provider of aviation solutions, delivering effective, high-quality and value-added services to our customers.

As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and replacing heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems in residential and commercial properties. You will work with a variety of systems, including split systems, ductless mini-splits, package units, and rooftop units. You will follow blueprints, wiring diagrams, and other specifications to ensure that the installation meets safety standards and other requirements.

You should be knowledgeable about HVAC systems and be able to work independently or as part of a team. You must have excellent problem-solving skills and be able to communicate effectively with customers and team members. A professional attitude and a commitment to safety are required for this position.

Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years' experience in the HVAC industry
- Certification in HVAC
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work in confined spaces
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Commitment to quality, safety, and customer satisfaction
