About Us

Pennypack Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, located in Far Northeast Philadelphia, PA, is a smaller, close-knit skilled nursing facility with 54 beds. We are currently seeking compassionate Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs) to join our team. We offer full-time, part-time, and pool positions and provide a supportive and fun work environment. Job Responsibilities

• Act as the main caregiver for our residents, providing necessary support for all activities of daily living
• Maintain patient stability by monitoring weight, vitals, input and output, and administering tests
• Communicate any observations or changes in resident's status to the nursing team
• Document actions by completing forms, reports, and logs

Certifications & Key Qualifications

• Must possess a CNA license in the state of PA upon hire
• Experience in the long-term care setting is preferred, but we welcome those with the drive to work in a fast-paced environment
• Treat each resident with care, compassion, and respect
• Ability to adapt easily to change and work well within a team
• Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with residents and the nursing team
• Embrace our person-centered care approach to meet each resident's needs and preferences

WALK-INS WELCOME! 9:30-4:00 Daily. Please bring 2 forms of ID, CNA certificate, COVID vaccine card, and Proof of TB Test (if available).
