Director of Facilities

Quadrangle is currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Director of Facilities to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the management and operation of our firm's facilities to ensure they meet the needs of our employees and clients.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement facility management policies and procedures
• Manage and coordinate maintenance and repair services
• Monitor and optimize facility operations and systems
• Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations
• Supervise and mentor facility staff
• Prepare and manage facility budgets
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to identify and address facility-related needs
• Oversee facility renovation and construction projects
• Manage relationships with external vendors and contractors

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in facilities management, engineering, or a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in facilities management
• Strong knowledge of building systems and maintenance
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proven ability to develop and implement facility management strategies
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
• Proficient in facility management software and tools
