Entry Level - IT Support Technician I
Orem, Utah
Part - Time
Base Pay (DOE) Quarterly Performance Bonuses
CCBank has a fast growing IT environment. We are looking for an entry level IT Support Technician for our fast paced IT department. This person would assist with user setup, maintenance, software installation, troubleshooting issues with hardware/software on bank systems, provide support to team during new projects with implementations.
Responsibilities
- Respond to and troubleshoot support requests from Bank employees, partners and customers via ticketing system and phone support
- Travel to branch locations as needed for support calls
- Configure new workstations, software, and internal bank applications
- User management and computer maintenance following bank policies and procedures
- One on one training and setup for some remote banking customer applications
- Assist with project development and planning
- Work with third party vendors as needed on bank projects
- Other Duties as assigned
Requirements
Strong work ethic and self-motivation to stay on task
Proven work experience in a technical customer service role is preferred
Must be professional and empathetic when working with bank customers and employees
Ability to setup and configure workstation and server hardware in a Windows environment
The ability to create a plan and complete projects and then adhere to that plan
Great at organizing, prioritizing and multitasking
The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 40 pounds such as switches, routers, servers and computers
The employee must adhere to local business hours
The employee needs to be available after hours for planned maintenance work and occasional emergency coverage
The ability to travel to other buildings or other geographic locations is required
Entry Level - IT Support Technician I. Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
