Contracts Administrator

Description We are in search of a Contracts Administrator to be a part of our team, primarily based in LEXINGTON, Kentucky. This role offers a short term contract employment opportunity in the industry. As a Contracts Administrator, you will be responsible for various tasks including data entry, lease abstraction, and transitioning to ContractPodAI. Responsibilities: • Carry out the transition to ContractPodAI effectively and efficiently • Conduct data entry tasks with speed and accuracy • Abstract and review contracts regularly • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary actions • Process customer credit applications accurately and efficiently • Maintain accurate customer credit records • Handle both paper and electronic files • Resolve customer inquiries and provide them with necessary support • Ensure compliance with the industry standards and regulations • Perform auditing and billing functions when necessary. Requirements • Proficient in Adobe Acrobat • Experience with Costpoint • Familiarity with CRM systems • Knowledge of DCAA regulations • Ability to work with Deltek software • Experience in drafting and amending contracts • Ability to conduct audits • Familiarity with billing functions • Strong understanding of compliance regulations • Experience in the construction industry is a plus • Proficient in managing contracts and leases • Ability to perform data abstraction tasks Robert Half is the world’s first and largest specialized talent solutions firm that connects highly qualified job seekers to opportunities at great companies.
