Full Charge Bookkeeper

Description Carly Sahagian with Robert Half is offering an exciting opportunity for a Full Charge Bookkeeper in the engineering industry, located in Portland, Oregon. This role involves managing project accounting for our construction services division, with a strong focus on accounts receivable and client invoicing. Responsibilities: • Oversee project accounting for the construction services division • Manage high volume accounts receivable and client invoicing • Ensure accurate processing of customer credit applications • Maintain detailed and accurate customer credit records • Monitor customer accounts and take necessary action • Handle the accounting functions for annual budget and cash flow analysis • Proficiently use accounting software systems and Microsoft Excel for various tasks • Adapt quickly to changing project priorities and manage processes accordingly • Utilize strong Excel knowledge for financial tasks and reports • Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable duties efficiently.
