HVAC Installer

We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer to join our growing team at Van Zee Heating & Air. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining various heating and cooling systems in residential and commercial properties.

Responsibilities:
- Install HVAC systems according to blueprints, design specifications, and manufacturer instructions
- Test and balance HVAC equipment to ensure proper installation and function
- Diagnose and repair HVAC system issues
- Perform routine maintenance and cleanings on HVAC systems
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding work performed and answer any questions they may have
- Follow safety procedures and protocols at all times

Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- HVAC certification or relevant work experience
- Ability to read and understand blueprints and schematics
- Familiarity with industry safety standards and regulations
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
