As an HVAC Installer with our company, you will be responsible for installing, repairing, and maintaining HVAC systems in our clients' homes and businesses. You will work closely with our team of technicians and service representatives to ensure that all installations are performed safely, efficiently, and with the highest level of quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Install, repair, and maintain HVAC systems, including air conditioning units, furnaces, and ductwork
- Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems to ensure proper functioning
- Troubleshoot and diagnose problems with HVAC systems, and recommend solutions to clients
- Work with clients to identify their needs and recommend appropriate HVAC solutions
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure customer satisfaction at all times
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of all work performed
- Adhere to all safety standards and procedures
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Installer
- Strong mechanical and technical skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to lift and maneuver heavy equipment and objects
