Job Description

We are currently seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Houseman to join our team on a full-time basis. As a Housekeeper/Houseman at Beaumont At Bryn Mawr, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a clean and comfortable environment for our residents.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine cleaning tasks in resident rooms, common areas, and other facility spaces
• Dusting, vacuuming, sweeping, mopping, and polishing surfaces
• Emptying trash and replacing liners
• Cleaning windows, mirrors, and other glass surfaces
• Ensure that furnishings, equipment, and supplies are clean and in good condition
• Restock toiletries and other supplies as needed
• Adhere to established procedures and protocols to maintain cleanliness and safety
• Report any maintenance issues or potential hazards to the supervisor

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Previous experience in housekeeping or custodial services preferred
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
• Good physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
