What you will do: Build and maintain strong partnerships with business teams to provide technology solutions that deliver measurable value. Collaborate with management and IT teams to prioritize and implement system enhancements and improvements. Serve as a liaison between business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and validate requirements for changes to business processes, policies, and information systems. Translate business requirements into technical solutions, offering expert technical advice. Analyze business information and recommend efficient solutions that support the organization’s goals. Identify strengths and weaknesses in business processes, recommending improvements where necessary. Establish connections between HYMH business systems and the systems used by dealers. A strong communicator, able to convey complex technical information clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences. An analytical problem-solver, skilled at evaluating business needs and translating them into effective solutions. An individual with a strong understanding of data structures and the ability to facilitate seamless data transfer between different applications. What you will need: Bachelor’s degree preferred. At least 5 years of experience in business analysis or a related role. Skills, Experience & Abilities Familiarity with technical infrastructure and systems. Experience with project management control techniques (work plans, scope control, task dependencies). Knowledge of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and business improvement processes. Proficiency in business analysis, with strong written and verbal communication skills. Understanding of audit and compliance requirements. Excellent computer skills, especially with Windows-based programs. Knowledge of general business processes within your area of expertise.
