Responsibilities:

• Assisting residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Monitoring and documenting vital signs
• Assisting in the delivery of meals and feeding residents when necessary
• Providing emotional support and companionship to residents
• Assisting with mobility and transfers using proper body mechanics
• Collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure residents' needs are met
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization in resident living areas
• Ensuring the safety and well-being of residents at all times

Requirements:

• Valid certification as a Certified Nursing Assistant
• Prior experience in a healthcare or long-term care setting is preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient demeanor
• Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask
