HVAC Service Technician

Location: Lititz, Pennsylvania

Haller Enterprises Inc is seeking a highly skilled HVAC Service Technician to join our team. As an HVAC Service Technician, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service and performing a variety of HVAC repair and maintenance duties while adhering to safety procedures and industry standards.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough inspections, diagnose problems and perform necessary repairs and maintenance on residential and commercial HVAC systems.
- Install new HVAC systems and components, and customize existing systems for the best possible efficiency.
- Provide excellent customer service by explaining recommended repairs and potential upgrades to clients, and answering any questions they may have about their HVAC systems.
- Respond to emergency service calls and perform repairs in a timely and efficient manner.
- Maintain accurate records of repair and replacement activities, and maintain a clean and organized work area.
- Adhere to safety procedures, industry standards, and all applicable laws and regulations at all times.

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as an HVAC Service Technician.
- HVAC certification and/or journeyman license preferred.
- Knowledge of the latest HVAC repair and maintenance techniques and industry standards.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
- Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
