Job Description: HVAC Installer
MTB Mechanical, a leader in HVAC services in Matthews, North Carolina is looking for a skilled and experienced HVAC Installer to join our team. We take pride in providing quality air conditioning, heating, and ventilation services to our clients, and we need a passionate and dedicated individual to help us maintain our high standards. As an HVAC Installer, you will be responsible for installing and maintaining heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in both residential and commercial settings.
Responsibilities:
- Install and maintain heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems
- Collaborate with the project manager and other team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget.
- Diagnose and troubleshoot malfunctions in HVAC systems
- Install and replace HVAC components such as compressors, motors, and thermostats
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines while installing HVAC systems
- Provide exceptional customer service by ensuring client satisfaction and answering any questions they may have about the installation process
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver's license
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HVAC installation
- Strong problem-solving skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and schematics
- Working knowledge of HVAC systems
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with others
