Job Description:
As an HVAC Service Technician with Hardcastle Heat & Air, you will be responsible for the maintenance, repair, and installation of heating, ventilation, and cooling systems. You will work closely with our customers to diagnose problems and develop solutions that meet their unique needs.
Responsibilities:
• Perform routine maintenance on HVAC systems
• Troubleshoot and diagnose HVAC system problems
• Repair and replace defective parts
• Install new HVAC systems
• Provide exceptional customer service
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines
Requirements:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• HVAC certification or equivalent experience
• Strong mechanical and technical aptitude
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Valid driver's license
