Pine Point Center is seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our team as the Marketing and Admissions Director. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase awareness and drive admissions for our center.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute marketing plans to promote our center, services, and programs
• Create and manage advertising and promotional campaigns
• Oversee digital marketing efforts, including website content updates, social media, email marketing, and online advertising
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities and target audiences
• Collaborate with internal teams to create marketing materials, such as brochures, flyers, and newsletters
• Manage and track marketing budget to ensure cost-effective strategies
• Maintain relationships with community partners, referral sources, and related organizations
• Lead and coordinate admissions processes, including initial inquiries, tours, and application reviews
• Work closely with the admissions team to meet occupancy goals and provide exceptional customer service

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in a healthcare or senior living setting
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or a related field
• Strong knowledge of marketing strategies and techniques
• Proficient in digital marketing tools and platforms
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Highly organized with strong project management skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
• Experience in admissions or sales is a plus
